Where Can I Download Prophecies Client? - Guild Wars Forums

I bought Guild War Prophecies off the plaync store. After downloading the small .exe , I logged in its downloading an even bigger download when going into Ascalon City. Can someone link me to an alternative download location from like fileplanet or gamerhell?

Start your guild wars with -image in the target parameters (found when you right the shortcut and click properties) and it will automatically download all the necessary files so you will not have to load any files while entering new areas and outposts.

Shit, 109300 files remaining. How long does this take? Does it save the download progress if I exit?

It's a 3.5 GB download. It's huge. Don't be too intimidated by the progress bar, only about half will be used for downloading, the rest of the progress bar will be used for unpacking and decompressing the files, and is usually quite fast.
